I have a converted garage with a Reformer and Wall Tower with raised mat, along with small apparatus, where I carry out my Private Sessions, the room has ease of access with no stairs and is warm in the winter and cool in summer.
Group Classes are carried out at Nethermains Community Centre in Kilwinning.

I started Pilates in 2006, age 32, when my back started to give me some pain. I had a 9 to 5 desk job, and was also a self-employed Beauty Therapist, my posture was awful, my back and hips were tight and my body pretty much felt like I was in my late 50s rather than 30s. So I started training out once week, then twice a week, then I caught the Pilates bug and was working out 3 times a week. My instructor than asked me if I would like to train to be a teacher. I started training with Corpus Pilates trainer and owner Kelly McKinnon, through Classical Pilates UK in Troon and received my Level 2 Mat Certificate by 2008, I have always updated my skills through Classical Pilates UK a, present studying to become a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher and regularly take classes and private sessions to keep my body from stiffening up again.
I love teaching Pilates and seeing the difference in peoples bodies and how they generally feel day to day. I have a great job!
