BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Suitable for physically fit or students who have did Classical Pilates in the past.

Monday at 6pm
Wednesday at 6.30pm

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE              
Students who have been attending class for longer than 6 months and know the intermediate exercises.

Monday at 7pm
Tuesday at 9.30am
Thursday at 6pm

All the above classes can be booked on the Subscription basis, which will guarantee your space each week.  Drop in is available if there is an available space.

PRIVATE / DUET SESSIONS

Why do Private / Duet Sessions?

There are a number of reasons you should choose a private or duet Pilates session.
If you are new to Pilates or have not exercised in a while, these sessions give you the opportunity to work at your own pace and level to become familiar with the Pilates equipment and comfortable with the exercises and techniques.
If you’re an experienced Pilates practitioner or are already attending classes, the one-to-one attention makes these sessions ideal for working on specific exercises, refining your form and technique or simply benefitting from the undivided attention of your Teacher to help you progress further, faster.
If you’re recovering from injury or illness, or struggling with a persistent niggle, Pilates is highly effective for muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Is a Private Session right for me?
Whatever your goal, equipment-based Pilates is an ideal base for creating a safe, controlled and highly effective full-body workout. Whether Reformer, including the Tower, Wundachair and Spine Corrector - you will be using some of the most versatile pieces of exercise equipment to be found anywhere. Particularly when combined with a bespoke individual attention.

Reformer Sessions are available in person on a 1 -2-1 basis only, Duet Sessions are based on Mat work please check availability by pressing the button below.  If only booking one session just follow the directions, however if you are booking a block, please click Book a Block
