What form of Pilates works best for you?
In Pilates there are different kinds of apparatus you can workout on, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, to name a few, these all help you to tone, lengthen and strengthen your body,
or,
You can do Pilates on a Mat. This method is what most people use as it is done in a group setting.
Classes are kept small so that I can ensure everyone is doing the exercises safely.
I offer the use of a Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Baby Arc equipment. Depending on what the body needs there are exercises for everyone. That is the great thing about Private Pilates Sessions - you work to your ability and build on it.
What is Pilates?

a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Joseph Pilates created Contrology (now known as Pilates), there are all different styles and types of classes which call themselves Pilates, find what suits you best.
Pilates is not anything like Yoga so please don't think it is. Pilates is not relaxing it is a workout, it can be altered to suit each body, as there is no "body" that is the same.
