What form of Pilates works best for you?
In Pilates there are different kinds of apparatus you can work out on, Reformer Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, to name a few, or you can do it on a Mat.
I offer Private Reformer, Tower and Baby Arc sessions, and mat work within my home studio. (Once the lockdown is over I will be able to offer Private Sessions..
I also have classes which I run within the local community centre in Kilwinning (maximum of 8 students per class). Due to Covid-19 all classes are done via Zoom at this time.

What is Pilates?
a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Joseph Pilates created Contrology (now known as Pilates), there are all different styles and types of classes which call themselves Pilates, find what suits you best.
Pilates is not anything like Yoga so please don't think it is. Pilates is not relaxing it is a work out, it can be altered to suit each body, as no body is the same.
