You will require your own mat (preferable 10mm thick and non-slip.
Class is for Beginners who are looking to tone and become flexible. If you have any medical conditions please contact me before booking to discuss.
You are booking 8 classes which run weekly and last 55 minutes, and will work your core to help strengthen your abs, buttocks and thighs.
NOTE: Last year this class booked up very quickly so do not leave it too late to book.
